There is a trend happening in Toronto.  Couples are choosing to stay with condo life after starting a family. Condos offer more affordable than detached homes and the convenience of downtown living that young couples have come accustomed to. What makes a condo family friendly?  Here’s my top 7

1.  Two real bedrooms ideally split bedroom plans
2. Ground floor units – high rise with a feeling of a townhome?
3. Ample storage including a nice sized storage locker
4. Family friendly building amenities – pool, theatres, craft rooms, party rooms for birthday parties, playgrounds
5. Park in walking distance
6. Daycare in close proximity
7. Located in reputable school district
