Remarkable Toronto Landmark Passes The Test of Time

You can’t help but be mesmerized when you pass this sensational Toronto Landmark.  The Gooderman Building was constructed in 1830 for a cost of $18,000.  It was last sold in 2005 for a mere $10.1 million.  Now that’s some awesome appreciation!

It was originally constructed as the office building for Gooderham & Worts Distillery and has been restored over the years to maintain the original beauty.  The building was declared an historical site by the Ontario Historical Society in 1975.  It’s currently owned and operated byThe Commercial Realty Group.

This is definitely one of those landmarks in our city that makes Toronto a special place to live and work.
