5. Westlake Encore

This development is the final phase of Westlake Village which already has three other buildings occupied or underway. This huge 45-storey structure will house over 500 suites within a tower of glass and steel. Confirmed retail tenants for the Westlake Village development include Metro Grocery, Shopper’s Drug Mart, and Starbucks.

7. Water Tower

This is the second phase of the Eau Du Soleil development above. The two buildings will be connected by a podium and the overall design is set to rival some of the world’s finest hotels. Nearby is Humber Bay Park Shores, where you’ll find walking and bike trails as well as stunning views of the lake and downtown Toronto.

8. The Kip District

Move in: 2018

Although Phase One of this construction is sold out, Phase Two of the five-tower development is set to break ground (and be available for purchase) this summer. It’s steps from Kipling Station so is perfect for commuters, but is also close to parks, schools, shopping, and entertainment. Information for Tower Two hasn’t been released, but to give you an idea, Tower One offers suites with 8’6″ ceilings, quartz countertops, and built-in appliances.
