Over the years we’ve built relationships with trusted professional partners, from consignment shops to renovation specialists, who can assist with various stages of the process.
3. Complimentary Staging Consultation
Whether your house is vacant or not, our experience and extensive research tells us that homes that are staged sell quicker and for a higher price than those that aren’t. We’ll apply the right amount of interior design to your property depending on how much (or little) is needed for it to look its best.
We have a stager who works exclusively with our team and will make sure your house is brought to its full potential. What’s more, if your home is vacant, our team will do regular weekly check-ups to ensure that everything is as it should be.
