This is a flexible space situated on the ground floor of a multi tenant building in which there is a Hot Yoga and Pilates studio on the second floor and a soon to be Virtual Reality studio on the ground floor. May be suitable for a variety of uses: Salon, Spa, restaurant, fitness studio, retail space, arcade, etc. Compatibility of use with other tenants is encouraged, but not required. Nine (9) foot clear height and two entrances with shared washrooms. Note this is a semi gross rate for the first two years or the term, tenant will pay prorated utilities and HST in addition to this rate. Subsequent periods may have a different monthly rate.
