How Much Should I Renovate My House Before Selling?
Peter had found his dream home in Bloor West Village. That meant he had to sell his existing home fast and for top dollar! He saw that we’d sold another house on his street for an incredible sum and he knew we’d be the right team for the job.
One of the biggest problems Peter faced was trying to understand the value of his home in relation to how it was presented. He had started extensive renovations to the home, but they were unfinished. Think no baseboards or furniture and a half-finished bathroom!
