Etobicoke West Mall is an established neighbourhood on the west side of Etobicoke. It’s located between Markland Wood on the west and Islington-City Centre on the east.
Throughout the area, you’ll find an equal mix of single-family houses, some of which date back to the 1950s, and older mid and high-rise condos. Most of the condos can be found along The West Mall north and south of Burnhamthorpe Road. There is an equal mix of renters and owners in this community.
The Etobicoke – West Mall neighbourhood offers the convenience of easy access to HWY 427 to get around Etobicoke and the rest of Toronto. This neighbourhood is served by the TTC with buses running to Kipling subway station.
