Our Favourite Things To Do

Long Branch is a laid -back community with lots of great restaurants and shops along Lake Shore Boulevard West. A few of our personal favourites are: Thrive Organic Kitchen & Cafe, Pulcinella Ristorante and Wine Bar, Fair Grounds Cafe and Roastery, Simon Sushi, The Port House Social Bar & Kitchen, The Empanada Company, and 850 Degrees Pizza.

The cycling, walking trails that meander along the waterfront throughout Long Branch are not to be missed. These trails connect to local parks and are a great way for neighbours to congregate. Marie Curtis Park with off-leash dog park, a large playground and a beach, Long Branch Park with a playground overlooking the Lake, and Colonel Samuel Smith Park with outdoor track, trails, excellent bird watching and one of the city’s most popular skating trails are some of the many parks located in Long Branch.

You can also enjoy canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, surfing, sailing. Two yacht clubs, an outdoor pool, a baseball diamond, a soccer field, tennis courts and indoor and outdoor skating rinks are all nearby.

Situated within close proximity to downtown, this neighbourhood a host of transit options, including Go Transit, the TTC, and easy access to the Gardiner Expressway. It’s also close to plenty of walking and cycling trails.

The Long Branch Go Train is walkable from most locations in Long Branch offering an easy commute to our downtown core.
