Located in the southwest corner of Etobicoke, Long Branch is the furthest west Toronto waterfront community. There’s a wide selection of properties in the area, including gorgeous waterfront properties with breathtaking views, luxury homes, and moderate homes, townhouses and condos as you move closer to Lakeshore.
Located close to Humber College Lakeshore campus, Long Branch real estate offers a great opportunity for rental income. Despite its proximity to the city, the neighbourhood has a laid-back feel. In fact, many of the older homes located close to the waterfront were once cottages for Torontonians.
Long Branch real estate can range in price from the low $700s for a small home most likely in need of repair, to over $3.5 million for a modern waterfront property.
Our Favourite Things To Do
Long Branch is a laid -back community with lots of great restaurants and shops along the Lake Shore. A few of my personal favourites are: Thrive Organic Kitchen, Cafe and Pulcinella’s and 850 Degree Pizza.
The cycling, walking trails that meander along the waterfront throughout Long Branch are not to be missed. These trails connect to local parks and are a great way for neighbours to congregate.
Long Branch is desirable location with an easy commute to downtown and easy access to highways and Pearson Airport.
The Long Branch Go Train is walkable from most locations in Long Branch offering an easy commute to our downtown core.
