Born and raised in Etobicoke’s Kingsview Village neighbourhood, David has a deep appreciation for the communities he serves. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and dedicated 23 years to law enforcement with the City of Toronto, most recently serving as a Detective Constable. In 2025, David was honoured with the Governor General’s Police Exemplary Service Medal. His commitment to professionalism and dedication to making a positive impression are evident in every client interaction.

Outside of Real Estate

Outside of work, David enjoys staying active through sports, spending time outdoors, relaxing at the beach and making memories with his wife and two sons. Known for his approachable nature and positive attitude, he enjoys meeting new people and giving back to the community.
