Swansea Homes

Swansea is a charming west-end neighbourhood close to Grenadier Pond, High Park, Bloor West Village shops and one of the nicest stretches of waterfront in the city

The winding, hilly streets with one-of-a-kind charming homes make this a very special place. This residential family-oriented community is a mix of character homes built in the early 1900’s and high-end properties that take advantage of the beautiful views of High Park and Grenadier Pond. Swansea’s western border is the Humber River and many of the stately homes in the enclave of Riverside Drive – Brule Gardens offer serene view of the river and Humber Marshes. Condo developments along the South end of Swansea to first-time buyers and young professionals.

Many of the condos in the south end of Swansea offer very large suites spectacular views of High Park, the waterfront, and the downtown core all from a single balcony.

Our Favourite Things To Do

Residents of Swansea enjoy the close proximity to so many amenities such as High Park, our city’s largest park where you’ll find hiking trails, picnic areas, a dog park, zoo and playgrounds.

The waterfront trails are a stone throw away from Swansea and offer some of the most beautiful views of Lake Ontario and the downtown skyline.

Rennie Park is another favourite of Swansea residents where they can enjoy a playground, tennis courts, tobogganing, skating, a soccer field and a baseball diamond.

Bloor Street West on Swansea’s north border has many fantastic shops and restaurants. Some of our favourites include: Coffee Tree Roastery, Bello Pizza, Queen’s Pasta Cafe, Lemon and Lavender Gift Shop and Bagel Time.
